The Marine Transportation segment includes inland marine fleet, which transports intermediate refined petroleum products, such as asphalt; offshore marine fleet, which transports crude oil and refined petroleum products; and M/T American Phoenix, a double-hulled tanker. Its Onshore Facilities and Transportation segment engages in the provision of onshore facilities and transportation services to crude oil refiners and producers by purchasing, transporting, storing, blending, and marketing crude oil and refined products; and operation of trucks, trailers, railcars, terminals, and tankage in various locations along the Gulf Coast. This segment also owns onshore common carrier crude oil pipeline systems and operational crude oil rail unloading facilities.
