Nexcod Srl ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Earnings BeatEdge mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require account registration. The App may collect or process the following data:
- Purchase information – subscription status and transaction identifiers, processed by RevenueCat Inc. We do not store payment card details.
- Advertising identifiers – device advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) used to display relevant advertisements via Google AdMob. Collection requires your explicit consent through the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.
- Crash and diagnostic data – anonymous error reports to improve App stability (collected by Expo/EAS).
- Usage data – anonymous analytics (screens viewed, features used) to improve the App experience. No personally identifiable information is linked to this data.
We do not collect your name, email address, financial account details, or any other personally identifiable information in version 1 of the App.
2. Financial Data
Earnings, analyst estimates, sector performance, and beat-probability scores displayed in the App are sourced from our proprietary WordPress database at trendystocks.trade. This data is market information and does not include any personal financial data belonging to you.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To validate your subscription and grant access to premium features (RevenueCat).
- To display advertisements (Google AdMob) — only if you grant tracking consent.
- To diagnose crashes and improve App performance.
- To understand which features are most useful (anonymous analytics).
4. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:
- RevenueCat – in-app subscription management. Privacy Policy

- Expo / EAS – app infrastructure and over-the-air updates. Privacy Policy
- Polymarket – public prediction market data fetched anonymously via their public API.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only:
- With third-party services listed in Section 4, as necessary to operate the App.
- If required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. Data Retention
Purchase transaction identifiers are retained by RevenueCat for the duration of your subscription and as required by applicable law. Anonymous usage and crash data is retained for up to 12 months.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
On iOS, you can withdraw advertising tracking consent at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
9. Security
We implement industry-standard measures to protect the limited data we process. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
