These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SPY 0DTE GEX mobile application (the "App"), published by Nexcod Srl ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to this document.
SPY 0DTE GEX displays gamma-exposure (GEX) analysis for SPY options, computed by our GEX Options Analyzer service from publicly available options-chain data. This includes, without limitation: pin magnet, zero gamma, call/put walls, max pain, net GEX, sentiment estimates, expected move, per-strike gamma charts, historical level charts, and configurable push alerts based on these metrics.
The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or derivative instrument. Nexcod Srl is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Options trading carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, and for independently verifying any data before acting on it.
Data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party market data providers and refreshed periodically (approximately every 15 minutes during U.S. market hours). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, and the App may show delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable data — including during pre-market hours, after market close, on weekends, or if an upstream data provider is unavailable. We are not liable for any decision made or loss incurred in reliance on data shown in the App.
The App offers the following auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings after purchase; no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple's own refund policies. Nexcod Srl does not process payments or refunds directly and cannot override Apple's decisions.
If you enable push notifications, the App registers your device with our server so that alert rules you configure (e.g. price crossing a level, a change in bias, sentiment thresholds) can be evaluated server-side and delivered to your device, including while the App is closed. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device's system settings, or remove individual alert rules inside the App.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or decompile the App beyond what is permitted by applicable law; use the App to build a competing product; scrape, resell, or redistribute data obtained from the App at scale; or use the App in a way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
We may suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time. If we discontinue the App entirely, active subscriptions will be handled in accordance with Apple's guidelines for discontinued apps.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexcod Srl disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nexcod Srl's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
