This Privacy Policy explains what data the SPY 0DTE GEX mobile application (the "App"), published by Nexcod Srl, collects and how it is used. The App does not require an account, a login, or any personal profile.
If you enable push notifications, the App generates a random device identifier (not derived from any personal information) and, with your permission, an Expo/Apple push token. These are sent to our server solely so that alert rules you configure can be evaluated and delivered to your device. Neither value is linked to your name, email, or Apple ID.
If you create custom push alerts (e.g. "notify me when price crosses the call wall"), the rule configuration you choose is stored on our server, associated only with the anonymous device identifier above, so it can be evaluated on each data refresh.
Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We use RevenueCat, a subscription-management service, to verify your entitlement status (i.e., whether you currently have an active subscription). RevenueCat and Apple may receive a device- or transaction-level identifier to validate your purchase; we do not receive or store your payment details, and neither Apple nor RevenueCat share your name or email with us.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or browsing history. We do not use advertising SDKs, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Data described above is used exclusively to: (a) show you live GEX analysis, (b) deliver the push alerts you configure, and (c) confirm your subscription entitlement. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Device identifiers and alert rules are retained until you disable push notifications, delete the App, or request deletion (see below). Firing logs used to prevent duplicate alerts are automatically pruned after 30 days.
You can disable push notifications at any time in your device's system settings. You can delete individual alert rules, or all of them, from the Alerts tab in the App. Uninstalling the App removes the anonymous device identifier from active use on our end; associated data is deleted from our server on request.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
Questions about this policy, or requests to delete data associated with your device, can be sent to [email protected].
